Amy Cuddy is a social psychologist who has some very interesting ideas on how to empower yourself, such as adopting the Wonder Woman stance. We all have done it at one time or another, but probably not for this purpose. She calls it and other body postures “power posing,” and she backs it up with solid examples. I’ve seen her in person and she is dynamic. Here’s her TED talk. Enjoy!

You’re very welcome! Thanks for the kind reply. Feel free to share, too. It seems like such a small thing, but power posing is dynamic.

Worth a listen…especially for those of us who sometimes forget how “powerful” we really are!
